Of the above categories of personal information, the following are categories of Sensitive Personal Information we may collect from or about you: Sensitive Personal Information is defined as personal information that reveals a consumers (a) social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number; (b) account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; (c) precise geolocation; (d) racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; (e) mail, email, and text messages unless we are the intended recipient of the communication; and (f) genetic data. Sensitive Personal Information also includes personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s health, sex life or sexual orientation.
We will not use or disclose your Sensitive Personal Information for any purpose other than the following:

Accessing and Deleting Your Personal Information
Right to request access to your personal information
California residents have the right to request that we disclose what categories of personal information that we collect, use, disclose or sell about you. You may also request the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you. However, we may withhold some information where the risk to you, your personal information, or our business is too great to disclose the information.

How to exercise your access and deletion rights

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will inform you of the reason and the extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response through your account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically as you so request. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request's receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request.
Sales of Personal Information
California residents may opt out of the "sale" of their personal information. We do not directly sell your Personal Information in the conventional sense (i.e., for money). Like many companies, however, we utilize third-party services, and making Personal Information available to these third-parties may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA in some circumstances.

This California Privacy Policy may be revised periodically and we will post any revised version of this California Privacy Policy on our website, which revisions will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated therein.
