We recommend applying it as part of your daily morning-and-night routine, after the Resurfacing Compound and SUPER Hydrator. You can also apply it as desired for even more hydration where you need it, including on the lips and hands, if you like.
How long will one bottle last me?
It depends on your use, but approximately six weeks if used daily.
