We think you'll love our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we have a flexible return policy.

How It Works

  • You have up to 60 days from the date delivered displayed on your tracking to make a return. 
  • Products can be unopened and unused or opened and used. 
  • All store credits will be issued immediately upon receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded and shipping costs incurred for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Simply email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return at info@ubeauty.com within 60 days of purchase.
  • We'll provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.

PROEM Eau de Parfum Returns (US Only)

Unopened PROEM Eau de Parfum - 50ml & 100ml are eligible for a full refund after being shipped back to our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. For opened PROEM Eau de Parfum - 50ml or 100ml, store credit will be issued immediately upon receipt at warehouse. To begin the return process, please email info@ubeauty.com within 60 days from your order being marked as delivered.
