You may be able to cancel or change your order for a brief period after you’ve completed your purchase. Simply email us at info@ubeauty.com during our normal business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST (with the exception of holidays). However, changes may not always be guaranteed based on timing or volume of requests. If that is the case, we can always help you return the item.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is secure, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, UK, United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Vietnam.
Taxes are included in the price for UK and EU markets and added at checkout for US and Canada orders. All other orders will be shipped directly from Ireland and may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. These are assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders with standard shipping for the US, UK, EU and rest of the world should arrive within 5–7 days of ordering. For standard shipping to Canada, please allow 3–7 days for orders to arrive. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed for shipment the following business day.
