Your Regimen, On Your Schedule

If you have more than one subscription, you’ll need to select the subscription you want to adjust by clicking VIEW DETAILS first.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click the SKIP button to skip the entire shipment.

3. If you have more than one product in a subscription order and want to only skip a specific one, scroll down to the PRODUCTS section and click skip next to that product.

2. Click the pencil icon to adjust your frequency.

3. If you’d like to change the next order date, click on the date below Next on....

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click the SWAP button next to the item in your subscription you want to change.

3. Select the product in the menu that pops up.

4. Click the SWAP PRODUCT button to confirm your selection.

1. Log in to your account.

2. If you have enough points for a reward, they will displayed at the top.

3. Select the reward and amount of points you wish to use.

4. Click Confirm to apply it to this subscription’s next order.

5. The page will refresh and your discount will be shown in the SUMMARY section of this page.

6. If you change your mind, click the X button next to the discount code to remove it.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Scroll to the PRODUCTS section of your subscription.

3. Click the + ADD PRODUCT button.

4. Select the additional product you wish to add to this auto-replenishment subscription order.

5. You can select if this will be a Subscription recurring order too or a One-time order.

6. Click the Add button and the quantity.

7. Click the black Add button on the bottom to confirm your selection.

1. Log in to your account.

2. At the top, click the MORE button.

3. Select Cancel in the menu.

4. Follow the prompts to cancel.
